The app isn’t working for my store

Please ensure that you have the opt-popup turned on and that you have cleared your browser cookies while testing. If you have followed both of these steps, please sync your settings by visiting the troubleshooting section of the Settings page.

Why is this app free?

How do I uninstall?

Uninstalling the app from your apps list will completely remove all traces of the app from your store.

How long before I see the widget?

Please clear your browser cache and allow about 30 seconds to see changes reflected on your store.

Will a customer be added to my 'accepts marketing' and subscribed to my newsletter when opted in through the popup?

Yes! Any customer that subscribes through your popup will have a subscribed status in their Shopify customer account.

How do I ensure a customer doesn't unsubscribe and resubscribe to get additional discounts?
Even if your customer unsubscribes they will not be able to use the same email address to sign up again.
