Find Rivo Product Reviews App & UGC in the Shopify App Store and install the app
Once the app is open on the screen, start the onboarding
In the second step, select your brand color and click Continue
Set the time frame to send the first review request email after an order is fulfilled and click Continue
Click Launch and Continue to publish the reviews widget on your product pages. You'll still be able to customize the widget later
Select the paid plan that suits you better to unlock advanced features or continue with the Free plan
And that's it!

Frequently Asked Questions
The app isn’t working for my store
The review widget is turned off - Go to Onsite > Widget Status > toggle the switch
ONto enable the widget
You need to sync the settings - Go to Settings > Troubleshooting > click 'Sync store'
You need to clear your browser cookies - Open your browser settings and clear the cookies from your history.
How do I use app blocks to move the review stars or the widget to a different place on my product page?
By default, the review stars are placed below the product title and the review widget is located directly under the product information. To change their placement on the product page, follow the steps below:
Open your Online Store 2.0 theme editor in Shopify (Online Store > Themes > Customize)
Navigate to the 'Default product' template
In the sidebar menu, click Add block or Add section
Under Apps, select Rivo Review Stars or Rivo Review Widget
Drag and drop the stars or the widget in the order you'd like them to display on your page
Click the Save button.
📝 Note: The steps above apply to Online Store 2.0 compatible themes. For vintage themes, specific codes will need to be inserted. See our document to assist here.
How do I import my reviews from another app?

How do I uninstall the app?
Open your Shopify admin
Click Settings in the sidebar menu
Click Apps and sales channels
Under Installed, find Rivo Product Reviews App & UGC and click Uninstall.
