Set up email notifications when a new review is submitted

Introduction

Getting real-time email notifications when a customer submits a review is a great way to stay updated without having to access your Tydal account. It helps you respond to any concerns promptly and moderate content efficiently.

Enable Reviews Notifications

Intercom - REV - Reviews Notifications

Show reviewers that you value their feedback and build customer loyalty! Set up email notifications to monitor reviews closely.

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications

  2. Below Send email to, enter the email address where you want to receive notifications

  3. Below Only receive notifications for reviews with, select the rating(s) you want to be notified to

  4. Click Save.

πŸ“ Note: You can only use one email address.


Disable Notifications

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications

  2. Below Only receive notifications for reviews with, make sure you uncheck all the rating options

  3. Click Save.


Common Questions

I did not set auto-publishing. Do I still get a notification when a new review is submitted?

Yes, Tydal will send notifications for every new review submitted.
