Introduction
Downloading all of the reviews on your Rivo dashboard in a single CSV file can be a helpful tool to analyze reviews and share feedback with your team.
β¨ Reviews export is available in all plans
In this article:
Export Reviews
Click Reviews in the sidebar menu
Click on Actions at the top right of the page
Click Export Reviews in the dropdown
The app will take you to your account settings. Click Export Reviews
Our page will show that the download has begun and that the file will be sent to the store contact email shortly
Go to your inbox and search for the email with the subject Product Reviews CSV export for {{your store name}}, sent by Rivo Exports. You'll find the CSV attached
π Note: The export can take a few seconds or minutes depending on the file size. Check all your email folders, including Spam.
