Does Rivo comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU customers?

Rivo is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation that went into official regulation on May 25, 2018. Rivo's team is committed to customer privacy and we hope the resources in this document will be helpful to understand our commitment.

We provide abilities for users to export, update and removing their personal information. We also hold vendors that we use accountable for standardized GDPR compliant privacy and security policies. We comply with independent assessments and regulators when appropriate. We ensure all Rivo team members are properly trained in handling customer personal data and are bound by law and contract to maintain the security and confidentiality of that data. We maintain a privacy lawyer on retainer for handling GDPR questions, compliance and training.

Where can I find the Rivo GDPR Compliant Data Processing Agreement/Addendum (DPA)?

The Rivo GDPR Compliant DPA is located on the legal dashboard on our website. More information about data handling and privacy at Rivo can be found in our privacy policy.
