Once you've installed Tydal Reviews and completed the setup wizard, there's one more important step to connect the app to your Shopify store. This involves toggling on the Tydal Reviews app embed for your theme. It's just a few clicks so read on!
Enabling Tydal Reviews' app embed: step by step
When you have finished installing Tydal Reviews, to enable our on-site displays, you'll need to toggle our app embed in your theme. Here's steps on how to do that:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes
On your live theme, click Customize
In the Theme editor, on the left sidebar menu, click App Embeds
Find the Tydal Reviews App embed and toggle it ON
Save your changes
Steps 1 & 2 - Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on your live theme
Navigate to App embeds and toggle Tydal Reviews' embed ON
Common Questions
Why don't I see Tydal's on-site displays after toggling the switch on?
You may need to sync the app. Go to the Troubleshooting Settings page in Tydal and click Sync Store.
