Setting Up Your Dashboard
π Note: The dashboard is designed for Shopify classic customer accounts.
Follow these simple steps to add the dashboard:
Navigate to your Shopify Admin and select Online Store > Themes
Find your active theme and click Customize
In the top-center dropdown menu, select Classic customer accounts > Customer account
Preview the dashboard by logging in through the center page view
Click Add section under Template > Account in the left sidebar
Choose the Rivo Account Dashboard from the Apps section
Available dashboard blocks
There are 5 separate blocks that can be added to the account dashboard:
Loyalty Member Card
Referral Block
Activity Block
Rewards Block
VIP Tier Block
Each of these blocks can be enabled by clicking into the Rivo Account Dashboard section and checking the appropriate box. E.g. to enable the Referral Block, check the
βReferral Block Enabled checkbox.
Loyalty Member Card
Displays the customer's name with a greeting, their points and their VIP tier, where applicable. To enable this block, inside the Rivo Account Dashboard section, check the Member Card Enabled checkbox. Available customizations for this block are:
Background Color
Font Color
Background Image
Logo Image
Referral Block
Displays the customer's unique referral link and links to email friends and to obtain their own referral stats. To enable this block, inside the Rivo Account Dashboard section, check the Referral Block Enabled checkbox. Available customizations for this block are:

Activity Block
Displays a table of the customer's recent program activity. To enable this block, inside the Rivo Account Dashboard section, check the Activity Block Enabled checkbox. Available customizations for this block are:

Rewards Block
The Rewards Block showcases your customers' available rewards and progress. Enable this powerful feature to:
Display current reward status and available points
Show progress towards their next reward with an engaging progress bar
Allow instant reward redemption directly from their account
Highlight unused rewards to encourage redemption
Customize the appearance with:
Progress Bar Color - Match your brand's color scheme
Custom Text - Personalize messaging for your brand voice
Enhancing the Customer Experience
The Loyalty Dashboard transforms how customers interact with your loyalty program by providing:
Instant Access - View points, rewards, and VIP status at a glance
Easy Reward Redemption - Apply rewards directly from their account
Progress Tracking - Visual indicators show progress to next rewards/tiers
Referral Management - Share and track referral activities easily
VIP Tier Block
Displays info on the customer's current tier, with a progress bar indicating their progress to the next tier. To enable this block, inside the Rivo Account Dashboard section, check the VIP Tier Block Enabled checkbox.
Account Dashboard Settings
To update the text on the account dashboard elements and update settings including button class names:
From your Rivo dashboard, go to Programs > Loyalty > Onsite
Select Account Dashboard
Modify the text fields with your desired content. Ensure that dynamic placeholders (e.g.,
<span rivo-x-data rivo-x-text="$store.customer?.first_name"></span>
