Integrating the Account Embed on your customer account page lets your members know about their Loyalty points. It also creates a seamless integration across your website so your customers can easily access their points balance right from their account.

Walkthrough
Setting up your Account Page Embed
Let’s walk through how to integrate your customer’s points balance into their already existing customer account page.
From your Loyalty Dashboard, go to Onsite > Account Embed
Make any edits to the default text or settings:
Make sure to toggle the switch to
ONClick Save and visit your store’s
/accountpage to preview the changes. If you set the embed to appear on the customer addresses page instead, preview your store’s/account/addressespage.

Setting a custom selector to embed the widget
Here you can add an HTML class, to tell our app where to show the widget on the account page. For example, adding .order-history here tells Rivo to use your theme’s order history area as the placement target. The exact position depends on the page position setting below.

By default, the Account Embed appears on the main customer account page. You can also set it to appear on the customer addresses page.

Our app automatically places the widget in your customer account page layout. Setting a custom selector will change where the embed widget will be inserted.
beforebegin - Embeds the account widget before the element
afterbegin - Embeds the account widget after the beginning of the element (first child)
beforeend - Embeds the account widget before the end of the element
afterend - Embeds the account widget after the element
📝 Note: Only use this setting if the current selector doesn't work on your theme or plan to change the widget location. If you need help, just message our team!
Order history image note
If your customer account page also shows order history with product images, products with more than five variants may show the product’s main image instead of the exact variant image for some line items. This does not affect the customer’s order details or loyalty balance.
If matching every variant image is important for your theme, message our team and we can review the setup with you.

Can I embed this widget somewhere else on my website?
The Account Embed is built for Shopify customer account pages. It can appear on the main customer account page or the customer addresses page.
