Enable Rivo in Customer Accounts Concierge
By integrating Loyalty & Referrals in the Customer Account Concierge app, you will launch the Floating Widget in your store whenever your customers click on the Rewards tab in the customer portal. This quick link is a great way to promote your Loyalty program and boost member signups.
Before you start the setup, please make sure you have installed Froonze's customer portal in your theme and added their Integrations plugin.
From your Shopify admin, open the app Customer Accounts Concierge
Go to Settings panel > Account Page > Integrations
Enable Rivo Loyalty & Referrals
Save changes.
💡 Pro Tip: You can activate the option to sync the dates of birth from Customer Account Concierge to Rivo and reward your customers.
Integrate the Account Embed with Customer Accounts Concierge
Integrating our Loyalty Account Embed in Froonze's Customer Accounts Concierge app will display additional information from your Loyalty program, such as the customer's points balance.
From the Customer Accounts Concierge app, open Rivo Loyalty & Referrals nav tab preferences.
Enable Load the account embedded page
From your Shopify admin, open Rivo Loyalty & Referrals
Go to On-Site > Account Embed and enable the feature.
Make any edits to the default text or settings:
You have {{points}} points - The {{points}} variable will display your customers' points amount as a number on their customer account page
View My Rewards Account - This is the CTA button that will open the Floating Widget
Set custom redirect path - Use this option to open a different link. If left blank, it will open the Floating Widget.
Freeform Text - Here you can add any custom text to the Account Embed. This is a great place to explain your rewards program
Advanced Settings - Use the CSS feature to customize the Account Embed.
Save changes.
💡 Tip: If you aren't seeing your Account Embed after toggling the ON button, go to Settings > General > click Sync Store.
Style your Account Embed with CSS
If you want to change the default style of the Account Embed, you can use custom CSS code. We have different themes you can copy and paste to customize your snippet in the customer portal.
From your Rivo Dashboard, go to On-Site > Account Embed
Go to Advanced Settings
In Custom CSS, use the text field to insert the codes
Save changes.
Common Questions
Are there any other integrations with customer account apps available?
At the moment, you can only integrate our app with Shopify Customer Account Page and Froonze Customer Accounts Concierge. We’re still working on including more options in the future!
Do I need a paid plan in the Customer Accounts Concierge app?
Yes. The Froonze app is free to install, but you must add the plugin 'Integrations' to your account to use the integration with Rivo. Visit their pricing page here.
What can I actually integrate into Customer Accounts Concierge?
The Rewards tab in the customer portal will open our Floating Widget. If you also enable the account embedded page in Customer Accounts Concierge, the Rewards section will load the customer's points balance and add a button to trigger the Widget.
I haven't installed Rivo app in my store yet. How can I get started?
If you haven’t installed Rivo Loyalty & Referrals app yet, these steps will help you set up the programs.
Can I hide the Widget Button from my store?
Yes! If you want to hide the Widget Button, go to On-Site > Floating Widget > Hide Widget. Once a customer clicks the Rewards tab or clicks the link/button in the Account Embed, it will trigger the Widget.
