Integrating your Loyalty Program with Froonze Customer Account Concierge.

The customer account page provides details about orders, addresses, and any other handy information. Froonze's Customer Account Concierge takes customer experience to another level with a more complete widget that you can customize and also integrate with our app.

Enable Rivo app in Customer Account Concierge

Let's walkthrough how to integrate Rivo's Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals in the Customer Account Concierge app to launch our widget on your page. If you haven't installed the customer portal in your theme yet, please follow these instructions provided by Froonze.

You need to add the "Customer Account Page Integrations" plugin to integrate with our app (see Froonze pricing here)

Follow the steps below to connect the apps:

  1. Go to Account page.

  2. Go to Integrations.


  4. Save changes.

Integrate your Loyalty account embed in Customer Account Concierge

Integrating the Loyalty account embed in Froonze's Customer Account Concierge app will display the customer's points balance on the customer portal.

You need any of our paid plans to enable the Loyalty Account Embed.

  1. From Customer Account Concierge app, open LOYALTY, REWARDS & REFERRALS by Rivo nav tab preferences and enable Load the account embedded page.

  2. Go to your Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals Dashboard and click Settings in the left side navigation.

  3. Click Shopify Account Page Embed or visit this link.

  4. Enable Loyalty Program & Rewards to show the loyalty snippet in the customer portal.

  5. Make any edits to the default text or settings.

    • You have {{points}} points: The {{points}} variable will display your customers points amount as a number on their customer account page

    • View My Rewards Account: This is the link that will open the Loyalty widget. If you want to change the branding of your launcher widget, please visit our docs here

    • Freeform text: Here you can add any custom text on the account. This is a great place to explain your rewards program

  6. Save changes and visit your store's /account#/rivo_rewards page to preview the changes.

💡 Tip: If you aren't seeing your loyalty snippet after toggling the ON button, click the sync button on the settings page.

Account Themes using CSS

If you want to change the default style of the Loyalty account embed, you can use custom CSS code. We have different CSS themes you can copy and paste to customize your snippet in the customer portal!

  1. From your Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals Dashboard, go to Settings.

  2. Click Shopify Account Page Embed.

  3. In Advanced Settings section, use Custom CSS field to insert your theme.

  4. Save changes.

💡 Tip: If you aren't seeing your changes refresh, click the sync button on the settings page

Common Questions

Are there any other integrations with customer account apps available?

At the moment, you can only integrate our app with Shopify Customer Account Page and Froonze Customer Account Concierge. We’re still working on including more options in the future!

Do I need a paid plan in Customer Account Concierge App?

Yes. Froonze app is free to install but you must add the plugin "Customer Account Page Integrations" in your account to use the integration with Rivo. See pricing here.

What can I actually integrate in Customer Account Concierge?

The "Rewards" tab in the customer portal will open our Loyalty widget so your customers can easily access any active programs in your store. If you also enable the account embedded page, the Rewards section will load the customer's points balance too, and the button in the snippet will trigger the Loyalty widget on your storefront as well.

Do I need a paid plan in Rivo?

It depends on what you would like to display. By default, our Loyalty widget opens when a customer clicks the Rewards tab on the menu. However, if you want to load the Loyalty Account Embed in the customer portal, you need any of our paid plans to load the Loyalty account embed.

I haven't installed Rivo app in my store yet. How can I get started?

If you haven’t installed Rivo Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals app yet, these steps will help you set the programs.

Can I hide the Loyalty button on my page?

Yes. If you want to hide the launcher widget, from the Rivo Loyalty dashboard go to Brand Style > Theme > Hide Widget. You won't be using deep links, but once a customer clicks the Rewards tab or clicks the link/button in their points balance in this section, it will trigger the widget.
