Display the Loyalty data next to the tickets

Setup instructions
You can connect both apps either from your Rivo or Gorgias account. Follow the instructions below to complete the setup.
Option 1: Connect in Rivo

From the Rivo Dashboard, go to Integrations.
Find Gorgias in the Customer Support section and click Configure.
Enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Connect.
Authorize Rivo to access your helpdesk to finish the setup.
Option 2: Connect in Gorgias

In your Gorgias account, go to Settings
Click Apps & integrations
Find Rivo and click the app to open the details
Click Connect App
How to disconnect Gorgias
If you need to disconnect both apps successfully, it's important to delete the integration in both accounts.
Step 1: Disconnect in Rivo
From the Rivo Dashboard, go to Integrations
Scroll down to the Customer Support section and click Gorgias
Click Disconnect.
Step 2: Disconnect in Gorgias
In your Gorgias account, go to Settings
Click Apps & integrations
Find Rivo and click the app
Click Disconnect App.
