Setup instructions

You can connect both apps either from your Rivo or Gorgias account. Follow the instructions below to complete the setup.

Option 1: Connect in Rivo

  1. From the Rivo Dashboard, go to Integrations.

  2. Find Gorgias in the Customer Support section and click Configure.

  3. Enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Connect.

  4. Authorize Rivo to access your helpdesk to finish the setup.

Option 2: Connect in Gorgias

  1. In your Gorgias account, go to Settings

  2. Click Apps & integrations

  3. Find Rivo and click the app to open the details

  4. Click Connect App


How to disconnect Gorgias

If you need to disconnect both apps successfully, it's important to delete the integration in both accounts.

Step 1: Disconnect in Rivo

  1. From the Rivo Dashboard, go to Integrations

  2. Scroll down to the Customer Support section and click Gorgias

  3. Click Disconnect.

Step 2: Disconnect in Gorgias

  1. In your Gorgias account, go to Settings

  2. Click Apps & integrations

  3. Find Rivo and click the app

  4. Click Disconnect App.
