Configure Gorgias

  1. From the Rivo Dashboard, go to Integrations.

  2. Find Gorgias in the Customer Support section and click Configure.

  3. Enter your Gorgias subdomain and click Connect.

  4. Authorize Rivo to access your helpdesk to finish the setup.
