How to connect Rivo with Status

Let's walk through how to connect your Rivo account with Status. This should only take 5 minutes or less.

Rivo setup

  1. Open your Rivo Admin

  2. In the navigation bar, click on the settings page

  3. Open your developer toolkit page

  4. Toggle the Rivo Javascript API to on

Status setup

First, email the Status team at [email protected] to have your Rivo integration enabled for Status.

  1. Include a link to your rewards page or loyalty account on your website

  2. Once the integration is active, your customer's points balance will show in their Status account.
