Rebuy integration
Use the Rebuy integration to show your store’s loyalty profile inside Rebuy Smart Cart.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
Rivo installed on your Shopify store
Rebuy installed on your Shopify store
Rebuy Smart Cart enabled
Access to the Integrations area in Rivo
Set up the integration
In Rivo, go to Integrations.
In More Integrations, open Rebuy.
Click Open App to open Rebuy.
In Rebuy, add the Rivo app to Smart Cart.

How it works
After setup, customers can view their loyalty profile in Rebuy Smart Cart while shopping.
Configuration for placement and presentation inside Smart Cart is managed in Rebuy.
Troubleshooting
If the integration is not showing in Smart Cart:
Confirm Rebuy is installed from the Shopify App Store.
Confirm Smart Cart is active in Rebuy.
Confirm the Rivo app is added in Rebuy Smart Cart apps.
Confirm you can open the Rebuy integration page in Rivo under Integrations.
