Using the Activity Feed

The Activity page gives you a running view of important loyalty activity across your store. You can use it to quickly spot member earning and redemption activity, referral progress, and VIP tier movement.

How to Open the Activity Page

  1. In your Rivo admin, click Programs in the left menu.

  2. Open Loyalty.

  3. Click Activity.

What You Can Track

The page is split into three sections so you can monitor activity by program area.

Points or Credits Program

This section shows recent member earning and redemption activity.

You’ll see:

  • Member: The customer tied to the activity.

  • Points action or Credits action: What happened (for example, signup, order activity, manual adjustment, or reward redemption).

  • Points amount or Credits amount: How much was added or removed.

  • Occurred at: When the activity happened, shown in your store’s time zone.

  • State (when available): Processing status for stores using delayed approvals or cashback workflows.

  • Expires at (when available): Expiration date for activity with an expiration window.

Referral Program

This section shows advocate and referred-friend activity.

You’ll see:

  • Advocate: The customer who shared the referral.

  • Referred Friend: The friend associated with the referral.

  • Status: Current progress of the referral.

  • Created: When the referral record was created.

Referral status labels can include:

  • Unclaimed: A referral link was used, but the referral was not claimed yet.

  • Pending: The referral was claimed and is waiting on completion.

  • Completed: The referral finished successfully.

  • Blocked: The referral was blocked by validation rules.

  • Ineligible: The referral did not meet eligibility requirements.

  • Pending Fulfillment / Pending Verification: Reward processing is still in progress.

VIP Program

This section tracks member movement in your VIP tiers.

You’ll see:

  • Member: The customer who changed tiers.

  • Achieved Tier: The tier they reached.

  • Details: Notes related to the tier change.

  • Achieved at: When the tier update happened.

Reviewing Older Activity

Each section shows a recent slice of records. Use the pagination arrows at the bottom of each section to move through older entries.

Monitoring Tips

  • Check this page daily to quickly spot unusual spikes in earning, redemption, or referral events.

  • Use the referral statuses to catch blocked or ineligible referrals early.

  • Review VIP activity after promotions to confirm tier movement lines up with your campaign timing.

FAQ

Why do I see Points on some stores and Credits on others?

The first section label follows your loyalty balance setup, so it appears as either Points or Credits.

Why is the page empty?

If no qualifying activity has happened yet, each section will show an empty state until new events are recorded.

Can I review older entries?

Yes. Use the pagination arrows in each section to browse past activity.
