Your Getting Started Checklist

1. Enable Customer Accounts
Customer accounts are required for loyalty programs to track points and rewards properly.
Steps:
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Customer accounts
Select Accounts are required or Accounts are optional
Save your changes
Return to Rivo - this step will automatically be marked complete
2. Customize Your Brand Design

Steps:
Navigate to Design > Brand Style in your Rivo dashboard

4. Select Your Plan

Visit the Plans & Billing section

Steps:
Go to Programs > Points Program
Toggle Enable Points Program to ON
If using referrals, go to Programs > Referrals and enable
Test your program by making a test purchase or earning points
