Welcome to Rivo, the complete loyalty and rewards platform for Shopify merchants! This comprehensive guide will help you set up and launch your loyalty program, referral campaigns, and VIP tiers to drive customer engagement and increase repeat purchases.

Your Getting Started Checklist

Follow these essential steps to launch your loyalty program successfully:

1. Enable Customer Accounts

Customer accounts are required for loyalty programs to track points and rewards properly.

Steps:

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Customer accounts

  2. Select Accounts are required or Accounts are optional

  3. Save your changes

  4. Return to Rivo - this step will automatically be marked complete
