Common questions

Why can’t I see some notification types?

Notification availability depends on your enabled programs and features.

Why can’t I edit Custom Domain, Email Design, or Custom CSS?

Those options are plan-dependent. If your current plan doesn’t include a feature, you’ll see an upgrade prompt in-app.

Where do test emails go by default?

Test emails default to your account’s preferred contact email unless you enter a different recipient in the test-email modal.
