Add your voice and branding to your Loyalty Program emails. This guide shows how to customize the appearance of your Loyalty Program emails to match your brand's style!

Customizing Colors
From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Branding > Email Design.
From here, you can change the appearance of all of your email's color schemes.

CTA button
Subtext
Footer text
Footer link
The live preview will update as you make changes. You can also switch between Desktop and Mobile view from here.
Changing the Button Radius
To change the roundness of the CTA button that brings the user to your store, you can edit the pixel radius. The higher the pixel count, the rounder the button will appear.
From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Branding > Email Design.
Scroll down to Button Radius and set the value. The maximum is
25px
and the minimum is0px
.
Customizing Font Sizes
Adjust the font sizes of various elements in your emails to create the perfect visual hierarchy for your brand messaging.
From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Branding > Email Design.
Scroll down to Font Sizes and set values for:
Title font size
Subtitle font size
Button font size
Subtext font size
Footer font size
The live preview will update as you make changes, showing how your adjustments affect the email appearance.
Add a Logo or Banner
From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Branding > Email Design.
Scroll down to Choose Upload Type and select Banner or Logo.
Under Choose Upload Type, you will be able to drag the image file into the upload box or click browse to select the file from your computer.
The maximum width for the banner image is
1200px
The minimum width for the logo image is
400px
.
Previewing Your Email Design
The Email Design page includes a live preview that updates in real-time as you make changes, allowing you to see exactly how your emails will look to customers.
As you adjust colors, font sizes, and other settings, watch the preview on the right side of the screen.
Toggle between Desktop and Mobile views to ensure your emails look great on all devices.
The preview shows an example email with all your customized elements, including your header, colors, button styling, and footer.
Add Custom CSS to your emails
For advanced customization options, you can add custom CSS to your loyalty emails. This feature is available on the Premium and Enterprise plans.
From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Settings > Email.
Scroll down to the Advanced section.
Enter your custom CSS in the text area provided.
Save your changes.

Email Notification Types
Your branding customizations apply to all email notification types in your loyalty program. Rivo offers various email notifications including:
Points-related emails (points earned, points redeemed, points expiry)
Referral program emails
Special occasion emails (birthday, anniversary)
VIP tier emails
Reward expiry emails
Membership program emails
Gift card emails
