By rearranging widget sections, you can prioritize specific programs like Points, Referrals, or VIP, and showcase your most valuable Ways to Earn. This guide explains how to customize the arrangement of these elements in your loyalty widget.
Rearrange your Program panels
Program panels are the main sections of your loyalty widget (Points, Referrals, and VIP). You can change their order to highlight your most important programs by following these steps:
From your Dashboard, go to Onsite > Floating Widget.
Click on Categories in the left sidebar, then select Rearrange Panel Order.
Drag and drop the panels using the handle icon (⋮⋮) to reorder them.
Your changes are saved automatically and will be reflected immediately in the preview.
Rearrange your Ways to Earn
Ways to Earn are the different actions customers can take to earn points in your loyalty program. Rearranging these allows you to prioritize certain earning methods and create a more strategic customer experience.
Go to Programs > Points Program in your Rivo Commerce dashboard.
Navigate to Earning Points to see a list of all your earning methods.
Drag and drop your Ways to Earn using the handle icon (⋮⋮) on the right side of each item. The updated order is saved automatically.

Will these settings affect the display of my Loyalty Page?
Yes, rearranging your program panels and Ways to Earn will update the order on both your floating widget and your loyalty page.
Can I hide certain panels instead of rearranging them?
Yes, you can enable or disable entire program panels separately in their respective program settings. For example, to disable the VIP panel, go to Programs > VIP Program and toggle the program status.
