Rivo offers multiple pricing plans to accommodate businesses of all sizes:
Free: For stores with up to 150 orders per month. Perfect for businesses just getting started with customer loyalty.
Scale: For growing businesses processing between 200-2500 orders per month. Pricing starts at $49/month and increases based on order volume (see detailed pricing below).
Plus: For established businesses needing advanced features and dedicated support. Custom pricing with additional options for Priority ($249/month) or Concierge ($499/month) support.
Custom: Enterprise solution for large brands with 24/7 global support and custom integrations. Contact our sales team for pricing.
