Accounts
Accounts focuses on the customer account experience. It gives shoppers a branded account area where they can sign in, manage orders, save products, access rewards, view referrals, and interact with personalized account content.
Custom
Custom plans are built for brands that want a tailored retention stack across Accounts, Loyalty, Referrals, and Memberships. Custom plans can include white-glove onboarding, dedicated success support, design and strategy resources, expanded access options, and other plan-specific support.
Self-serve options
There are some options designed for stores that are earlier in their retention journey: Free, Essential, and Scale.
Loyalty
Rivo Loyalty lets you reward customers for purchases and other engagement with your brand. It includes options to earn and redeem points, free VIP tiers, emails, and customer profile management. Common Loyalty features include:

Rivo Wallet Passes give customers a branded digital loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, keeping their points balance, VIP status, and quick links right on their phone. Common Wallet Passes features include:

VIP tier status display

Gift Cards
Rivo virtual Gift Cards can be used in two ways: as a reward customers earn for free or redeem with points, or as a virtual gift card product customers purchase and send to someone else. Common Virtual Gift Cards features include:
Gift card rewards redeemed using points, earned through a VIP tier, or issued upon a referral completion
Virtual gift card sales through your storefront with customer gifting flow (value selection, recipient name and email, delivery date, and a personal message)
Delivery and optional reminder emails with your custom domain
Gift card delivery tracking (cards sold, sales value, average value, and a card-level table with status, sender, recipient, and remaining balance).
