Introduction

Boost your loyalty program by awarding extra points for products in specific collections! Collection multipliers allow you to set up multipliers that give customers additional points when they purchase from particular product collections, encouraging more targeted spending and rewarding loyal customers with even more points for their favorite items.

✨ Collection Multipliers are available on the Plus plan. See pricing →

How it works

Set up multipliers for specific product collections so customers earn extra points when purchasing items from those collections. The multiplier is applied at checkout, and the extra points are included in the total points they earn from placing an order.

Important: Collection Multipliers are only supported when the Earning Method is set to Incremented Points. They do not apply when using the Fixed amount of points method.

Setting up Collection Multipliers

  1. Go to Loyalty > Points.

  2. Click Edit on the Place an Order Way to Earn.

  3. Under Collection Multipliers, click Edit > Add Multiplier.

  4. Select the collection you want to apply the multiplier to.

  5. Enter the multiplier (e.g., entering 2 will give double the points for that collection).

  6. Save your changes

To remove a collection multiplier, click the trash icon next to it.

Common Questions

How do multiple collection multipliers work together?

If a collection has more than one collection multiplier, only the oldest multiplier created is applied. This is the one that appears highest on the list of collection multipliers and takes precedence over any others.

Similarly, if a product belongs to multiple collections, each with its own multiplier, the same logic applies—the oldest multiplier (highest on the list) is applied. Only one multiplier is applied per product.

Can I use decimal multipliers for collections?

Yes, you can! Decimal multipliers are fully supported. For example, a 1.5x multiplier is just as valid as a 2x multiplier and will award 1.5 times the base points for the selected collection.
