How the extension works
This extension allows customers to see their loyalty balance and VIP tier right in their accounts. It provides a simple, quick overview that keeps them updated on their loyalty status, making it easier for them to stay engaged with your program.
You can add this block to both the orders and profile pages, ensuring your customers stay informed and motivated to access their loyalty account anytime for earning and spending points.
How to add the extension
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout
In the Configurations section, click Customize next to the checkout that you want to edit
At the top bar menu bar, select the Orders or Profile page
On the left side menu, click Add app block in the section you prefer and add the Loyalty Status extension
Once the extension is added, click Save. Change the position if needed.

Translation
Follow these steps to modify the Loyalty Status block text and button settings.
From the Rivo Dashboard, go to Loyalty > Onsite
In Customer Loyalty Account Access , click Customer Account UI
Edit the title, subtitle, button text, and button URL:
Save changes.
📝 Note: The title supports {{first_name}}, {{balance}}, and {{balance_to_currency}}. The subtitle supports {{vip_tier_name}}. The {{balance_to_currency}} variable displays the customer's loyalty balance as a reward value number, based on your default points redemption value. For example, if 100 points equals $5, the variable displays 5. In the Loyalty Status block, this variable does not include a currency symbol or ISO currency code. Shopify Markets currency conversion only applies to checkout redemption text when that setup is enabled.
Common questions
Where can I add the Loyalty Status extension?
You can add the extension to both the Profile and Orders pages of customer accounts.
Why is the VIP tier line not showing?
The VIP tier line only appears when the customer has a VIP tier to display. If the customer does not have a current VIP tier and your program does not have a base VIP tier, the block hides that line.
Can I use different text for each page?
No. Your Loyalty Status block shares the same translation when the extension is added to both the Profile and Orders pages simultaneously.
