Overview
The Gladly integration lets your team see customer loyalty details directly inside Gladly, so your support agents can provide faster and more personalized service.

Connect
Click the Connect button.
If everything is entered correctly, Rivo will sync your loyalty data with Gladly automatically.
How the Sync Works
When loyalty data changes (e.g. points updated, tier upgraded), Rivo automatically syncs it to Gladly.
Support agents see updated loyalty info in real time within the customer’s Gladly profile.
The integration uses the customer’s email address to match records.
You can also trigger a manual sync from the integration settings if needed.
Best Practices
Make sure your customers’ email addresses in Shopify match their profiles in Gladly.
If you use VIP tiers, consider training your support team to recognize and prioritize top-tier customers.
Encourage your agents to use referral links or points balances during conversations to increase engagement and conversions.
Disabling the Integration
If you ever need to disconnect:
Return to the Gladly integration page in Rivo.
Click Disconnect.
Rivo will stop syncing data, and your Gladly credentials will be removed.
