Community Challenges: How to Set Up Photo-Upload Earning Rules
Community Challenges let you reward customers for submitting photos that match a challenge you define.
This setup has two parts:
A Challenge (what customers should submit)
A Way to earn (how many points they get when approved)

What Customers Experience
Customers see your challenge as a way to earn in the loyalty experience.
If they are not logged in, they are prompted to log in first.
They open the challenge tile, attach an image, and submit.
They receive a success confirmation that their photo will be reviewed.
Customers can submit one photo per challenge per day.
How Review and Approval Works
After submission, each photo is scored against your challenge prompt and moves through a status flow:
Rejected automatically: Score is below your approval threshold.
Approved automatically: Score meets the threshold and risk signals are low.
Pending review: Score meets the threshold but needs manual review.
When a photo is approved (automatically or manually), points are added to the customer’s balance.
Review Queue for Your Team

You can view each submission with:

Points are granted when the submission is approved.
Can customers submit multiple photos in one day?
Each customer can submit one photo per challenge per day.
