These settings allow you to personalize the titles and descriptions of earning opportunities, and define specific actions when users interact with them on your Loyalty Landing Page. You can use dynamic variables to display points amounts and choose from various click actions to enhance user engagement.
Advanced Settings Guide
Advanced Settings are available for the following native ways to earn:
Sign Up
Place an Order
Complete a Referral
Post a Product Review
Celebrate Loyalty Anniversary

Landing Page Click Action options
π Note: Landing Page Click Actions apply to the Landing Page only and won't have any effect on the Dedicated Page or Floating Widget.
Open Modal (Default) - the default behavior; opens the Rivo modal.
Open New Tab - opens a new tab to a URL you can specify.
Add Hash to URL - add a hash to the landing page url, e.g. to open a third-party modal or popup.
Scroll to ID on page - scrolls to a specific element on the landing page, e.g. the ID of the Rivo Referrals block.
None - no action taken when a user clicks the card.
Common Questions
Why are there no Click Action for the Sign Up and Celebrate Loyalty Anniversary Ways to Earn?
These activities are automatically completed when a user joins the program and on the anniversary of their joining. Therefore, no additional user action is required to complete them, making the process seamless and user-friendly.
Are these Advanced Settings available for Custom Actions?
Currently, Advanced Settings are not available for Custom Actions. However, we are actively working on expanding these capabilities, and they should be available in the near future.
