Gorgias integration: view loyalty data and award points from the helpdesk
Connect Rivo with Gorgias to give your support team loyalty context on every conversation. Once connected, agents can see each customer’s loyalty details in the sidebar and award points without leaving the ticket.

Connect Rivo with Gorgias
In Rivo, go to Integrations.
Select Gorgias.
Enter your Gorgias account name.
Click Connect.
In Gorgias, review permissions and approve the connection.
After setup, the Rivo widget becomes available in Gorgias for new ticket activity.
💡 You can also start from Gorgias by installing/connecting the Rivo app, then finishing authorization.
Award points from a support ticket
Agents can grant points from inside the Gorgias sidebar:
Open a Gorgias ticket for the customer.
In the Rivo widget, click Add Earnings.
Enter the points amount.
Submit the action.
The points are added to the customer’s balance right away.
📝 Important: The sidebar action currently awards points. If your program is set up for credits/store credit, use your API workflow to apply credit adjustments.
Use loyalty fields in Gorgias macros
You can insert Rivo loyalty fields into macros so agents can respond with customer-specific details.
Available fields:
Points balance
Loyalty status
Referral URL
VIP tier name
If your macro output is blank, confirm the customer in the ticket matches a customer in Rivo.
Disconnect Rivo from Gorgias
Step 1: Disconnect in Rivo
Go to Integrations > Gorgias.
Click Disconnect.
Step 2: Disconnect in Gorgias
Go to your apps/integrations settings in Gorgias.
Open Rivo.
Disconnect the app.
Common questions
Why is the Rivo widget not showing in a ticket?
Check that the integration is connected in Rivo and trigger a new ticket update/activity in Gorgias. If needed, open Gorgias sidebar edit mode and add the Rivo widget back into your sidebar layout.
Why does the widget show “Customer not found”?
The ticket’s customer email must match an existing customer email in Rivo.
Can I award credits/store credit from the Gorgias sidebar?
The built-in sidebar action is for points earnings. For credits adjustments, use your API workflow.
