Migrating from Loyalty Lion
Rivo includes an automated migration flow for LoyaltyLion. This is the recommended way to move your program.
Recommended: Automated LoyaltyLion migration
Open Import from LoyaltyLion.
Enter either:
API Token + API Secret, or
API Key
Then click Start Migration.
Track progress on your Migration Status page:
Step 1 imports customers, transactions, and activities
You’ll see imported totals and remaining customer count
This runs in the background, so you can close the page and return later
While Step 1 is running, you can optionally use:
Sync Last Week Activity
Sync Missing Customers
Sync Delta (choose how many days back to sync)
When you’re ready, click Start Conversion to move imported records into production data.
You can start conversion once your remaining customer count drops below 100.Step 2 converts records. When complete, you’ll see a Migration Complete message.
What this migration brings over
Customer loyalty records and points history
Points balances
VIP tier memberships (when tier names match in Rivo)
Birthday and enrollment dates when available
CSV fallback (manual import)
