Migrating from Growave
To import your loyalty members to our app from another Shopify app like Growave, you’ll need a CSV export of your data from that app. Depending on the provider you’re currently using, you can easily export your customers out. Growave has some instructions on how to export your loyalty data here. We’ve also outlined the steps below.
Open the Growave dashboard and go to the Rewards Analytics section, then tap the ‘Create report’ button
Select the items you’d like to export
Click ‘ Send’ and the CSV will be sent to your email.
Next, navigate to the CSV Imports page of your Rivo Loyalty dashboard.
Click Choose file and upload your Growave CSV file.
The import should start and you should see your customers now appear with their points balances on the Customers page. If anywhere along the way you need a hand, start a chat with our team and we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly!
Checking the status of the import
To check the status of your CSV import, you can click here. Once the file is done processing, the status will usually move from Pending to Processing to Completed. Depending on the file size, uploads may take up to 1 hour. You can close the page and return later.
