FAQ's
Will my customers stay logged in to their account?
Yes. Customers logged into Status right now will continue to stay logged in to Rivo. Since we use Shopify Multipass, the transition will be seamless.
How long does it take to switch?
The migration to Rivo takes about 1 business day. We can get you up and running with around a 24 hour turnaround.
Will my customer's wish list and favorites be imported into Rivo?
Yes. We can import your customer's wishlists from Status into Rivo. First email the Status team at [email protected] to have your wishlist exported. This typically takes 2 business days from their side.
Does Rivo support Shopify New Customer Accounts?
Yes. At the moment new customer accounts are very limited and not sufficient for Shopify Plus brands yet to use as a dedicated account solution. We have hopes this will progress over time, but the actual sunset date of classic accounts is not set yet. We have brands using Rivo Accounts with New Customer Accounts and Multipass. You can use Shopify New Customer Accounts in combination with Rivo.
Does Rivo support auto-login through Klaviyo?
Yes. We can automatically sign in your customers from Klaviyo and create accounts.
Does Rivo support login with Google?
Yes. We support login with Google.
Will my integrations transfer over?
Yes. We have integrations with order tracking and returns vendors and can bring in the data seamlessly into Rivo.
