How to connect Rivo with Judge.me
From the Rivo Dashboard, go to Integrations
Scroll down to the Reviews & UGC section and click on Judge.me
Under Private API Key, enter the Judge.me Private API token
Click Save
Make sure you turn the integration to
ON
.Go to Loyalty > Points
Find the Earning Points section and click Add Another Way to Earn.
Choose Post a product review in the Ways to Earn prompt
In the earning rule settings, select Judge.me as the review app
Adjust the preferences for the rule:
Earning points
Frequency limit for earning the points
Custom icon
Optional: Advanced settings for the Landing Page
Click Save.

Common questions
Will the app award points to all my customers?
By default, Rivo awards points to Members only. However, you can change the program participants in your settings. Please check out our help doc Program participants.
Can I change how many times a customer can earn points for this action?
Yes! You can adjust that in the Ways to Earn settings.
How do I disconnect the integration?
Visit Rivo's Judge.me integration page and click on Remove integration.
Can I connect a different reviews app?
Yes, Rivo supports multiple review platforms. You can view all our current integrations here.
What happens if a customer leaves multiple reviews?
Depending on your configuration, customers can either earn points each time they leave a review or only once. You can control this behavior in the Way to Earn settings.
Do customers automatically receive an email when they earn points for a review?
The points earned by Judge.me reviews trigger Rivo's notification Points Earned. You can check this by going to Loyalty > Emails. In the case you use one of our integrations that support Rivo Events, the review points will trigger our 'Points Earned' event.
