Grant points to your customers for each Stamped review.

✨ Shopify Flow is required for this integration, which is available to merchants on the Shopify, Advanced, or Shopify Plus plan


Create the Way to Earn in Rivo

  1. From your Loyalty dashboard, go to Programs > Points.

  2. Select Add Another Way to Earn > Post a product review.

  3. Select Stamped from the dropdown.

  4. Enter the points amount you wish to award.

  5. Optional: Add a limit to how many times each customer can earn points for leaving a review.

  6. Click Save and make sure the status is set to On.


Create the Workflow in Shopify Flow

Once you've followed the quick steps above to create your new Way to Earn, you'll need to create the workflow in Shopify Flow that will alert our app when a customer writes a review on Stamped.

πŸ’‘ Time Saving Tip: Click here to download the workflow and then simply import it into Shopify Flow!

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Shopify Flow and click Create Workflow.

  2. Click Select a trigger and select New Reviews - No Order from Stamped Product Reviews & UGC's available triggers.

  3. Next, click Output > Action and select Add Points for a Review from Rivo's available actions.

  4. In the Customer Identifier field, use the variable {{email}}

  5. Optional steps:

    1. Enter a Points Amount Override: This will override the amount that you have set in Rivo

    2. Check the Skip Email option: Checking this means customers won't receive an email about their points if you have enabled 'Points Earned' email notification in Rivo

  6. Click Turn on workflow.

Important Note: Make sure that the Shopify Flow app is also installed in Stamped app. See Stamped's full guide here

  • New Net Promoter Score: When you receive a new Net Promoter Score

  • New Question: When you receive a new Question

  • New Reviews: When you receive a new Product Review

  • New Reviews - No Order: This trigger gets fired when a New Review is received for a product but the customer hasn't ordered the product (Recommended).


Common Questions

Will the app award points to all my customers?

By default, Rivo awards Loyalty points to Members only. However, you could change the Points program participation in your settings. Please check out Change Points program participants for more information.
