Our Judge.me integration lets you automatically award points to customers when they leave a product review. This article walks you through connecting your Judge.me account to Rivo and setting up the review rewards program. You can choose to reward customers once or multiple times for leaving reviews.

How to Connect Rivo Loyalty with Judge.me
Open the Integrations page in your Rivo dashboard.
Find Judge.me in the Reviews & UGC section and click Configure.
Navigate to the API keys section of your Judge.me app.
Copy your API token from Judge.me.
Return to Rivo and paste the API token into the provided field.
Check the box "Customer can only earn this reward once?" if you want to limit customers to earning points only once for leaving a review.
Click Update integration to save your settings.
π‘ Tip: The integration will automatically register review submissions and award points to your customers once properly configured. No additional setup is needed on the Judge.me side.
Create the Way to Earn in Rivo
From your Loyalty dashboard, go to Programs > Points.
Select Add Another Way to Earn > Post a product review.
Select Judgeme from the dropdown.
Enter the points amount you wish to award for each review.
Optional: Add a limit to how many times each customer can earn points for leaving a review. If you selected the option to award points only once during the integration setup, leave this setting unchecked.
Click Save and make sure the status is set to On.
Common Questions
Will the app award points to all my customers?
By default, Rivo awards Loyalty points to Members only. However, you can change the Points program participation in your settings. Please check out Change Points program participants for more information.
Can I change how many times a customer can earn points for this action?
Yes! You can adjust that in the Ways to Earn settings as well as in the Judge.me integration configuration.
How do I disconnect the integration?
Visit the Judge.me integration page and remove your private API key and set the integration to Off.
Can I connect a different reviews app?
Yes, Rivo supports multiple review platforms. You can view all our current integrations here.
What happens if a customer leaves multiple reviews?
Depending on your configuration, customers can either earn points each time they leave a review or only once. You can control this behavior in both the integration settings and Ways to Earn setup.
Do customers automatically receive an email when they earn points for a review?
Yes, by default customers will receive a notification email when they earn points. You can customize your email settings in the Notifications section.
