Rivo and Stay Ai integration explained
Stay Ai helps you run your subscription program, and the Rivo integration connects that subscription activity to your loyalty and referral experience.
After you connect Stay Ai, you can:
Reward subscription customers when they hit your configured subscription milestones
Auto-apply eligible referral advocate discounts to active subscriptions
Control whether the integration is active from your Stay Ai settings page

Connect Stay Ai to Rivo
In Rivo, go to Integrations.
In the Subscriptions section, click StayAI and then Configure.
In Integration Setup, paste your Private API Key.
Click Save.
Your connection is established once a valid key is saved.
How the Stay Ai sync works
Subscription milestone rewards
When Stay Ai sends a successful subscription payment event, Rivo can award points based on your subscription milestone setup.
To ensure points are awarded, confirm your subscription milestone earning setup is active in your loyalty program.
Auto-apply advocate discounts to subscriptions
Rivo can automatically apply an advocate referral discount code to a customer’s active subscription in Stay Ai.
To enable this:
Open Integrations > StayAI.
Turn on Auto-apply advocate discounts to active subscriptions.
Save your changes.
When enabled, qualifying referral advocate discounts are sent to Stay Ai and applied to the customer’s latest subscription.
Manage integration status
On the Stay Ai integration page, you can use the Status toggle to turn the integration on or off after connecting.
On: Stay Ai sync features are active
Off: Stay Ai sync features are paused

Where do I find my Stay Ai key?

Why isn’t the auto-apply referral discount behavior working?
Check that:
The Stay Ai integration is connected
The integration Status is on
Auto-apply advocate discounts to active subscriptions is enabled
The customer has an eligible advocate referral discount
Can I temporarily pause Stay Ai syncing without removing the integration?
Yes. Use the Status toggle to turn the integration off, then turn it back on when you’re ready.
