Fixed Amount Discount rewards are a powerful way to incentivize customers with a specific dollar amount off their order. Whether used in the Points, Referral, or VIP program, these rewards help drive engagement and build customer loyalty.

Setting up a Fixed Amount Discount Reward

To create this reward in your Loyalty program:

  1. Go to Programs > Points

  2. Under Redeeming Points, click Add Another Reward

  3. Select Amount Discount

  4. Edit the reward to your preferences (see options below)

  5. Click Save

Reward title

Name your reward (e.g. $10 Off Your Order)

Points Type

Choose one:
Fixed amount of points – set a specific point cost
Incremented points – set a points-to-currency conversion rate

Points amount

Set how many points are required to redeem this reward

Discount

Set the dollar amount discount the customer will receive

Minimum Cart Requirement

Choose one:
None
Minimum cart value – set a purchase threshold

Apply to

Choose one:
Entire order – applies to the full cart
Collection – applies only to selected product collections

Purchase Type

Choose one:
One-time purchases only
Subscriptions only
Both one-time purchases and subscriptions

Reward Expiration

Set an expiration window between 1 and 24 months

Custom icon (optional)

Upload an icon to visually represent this reward


Using Fixed Amount Discount in Other Programs

Fixed Amount Discount rewards can be customized and used across different parts of your Loyalty program:

  • Points Program – Customers can redeem points for a fixed dollar amount discount at checkout.

  • Referral Program – Offer a fixed amount discount to referred friends on their first purchase, and reward advocates as well.

  • VIP Tiers – Unlock exclusive fixed amount discounts for members as they move up VIP tiers.
